Sample development
We were on our third round of samples and I was bracing myself for the usual back-and-forth. Instead they caught a fabric weight issue I'd missed and suggested a swap that actually came in cheaper. When your supplier reads the tech pack more carefully than you do, you know you're in good hands.

Bulk production
Our first bulk run was 200 pieces across four colorways, and they matched the approved sample almost exactly. When one fabric lot ran late, I got an early heads-up with a revised timeline instead of a last-minute surprise. That kind of honesty is why we've already reordered twice.

Final delivery
The final inspection report had a photo for every defect, not just a pass/fail line. Everything arrived folded, poly-bagged and labeled to our retail spec, so it went straight from the container to the floor. We hit our launch date with nothing to fix at the warehouse.

Import and delivery
This was our first time importing and honestly I didn't know where to start — customs, duties, freight, none of it. They handled the whole chain and the goods just showed up at our warehouse door, cleared and ready. I never had to talk to a forwarder or a broker once. They took a process I was dreading and made it a non-event.

Testing and compliance
Kidswear means every seam and every dye has to pass testing, and our first shipment cleared the third-party lab on the first submission. When we needed a small trim change halfway through, they adjusted without pushing the ship date. It took a lot of stress out of a category that's normally full of it.

From reference to sample
All I had was a screenshot of a jacket I loved — no measurements, no spec, nothing. I didn't even really know what a tech pack was. They turned that one image into a full spec with graded sizing and the right fabric callouts, and the first sample came back almost exactly like the photo in my head. They basically did the part I didn't know how to do.

Our usual MOQ is 100 pieces per style and colour. It may vary slightly depending on the fabric and garment.
Which fabric and GSM should I use?
Do not rely on AI alone to choose the fabric or GSM. Buy a garment you like and use the physical sample as a reference. Once you have the sample in hand, it is much easier to discuss the fabric, weight and handfeel.
How long does a sample take?
Usually about two weeks.
What is the bulk lead time?
Usually 30–45 days.
What if the first sample needs changing?
We include one free pattern adjustment. Major pattern or design changes may require an additional fee.
What happens if there is a quality issue?
We will discuss the issue and agree the best solution. Depending on the situation, this may be compensation or a discount on your next order.
